Kodi - Fix arrow module error

Kodi have pushed an update to the arrow module (0.15.4) that is completely broken and breaks any add-ons that attempt to import it.

The error that shows in the log is
ImportError: No module named backports.functools_lru_cache

The only fix is to downgrade the arrow module back to 0.10.0.
I have put a copy of this module online to help make it easier to install.

Follow the below instructions to install it

Fix

From the KODI Main Menu, navigate to Settings (cog at top).
Make sure "System Settings -> Add-ons -> Unknown Sources" is Enabled.
Select "Yes" at the warning when enabling
Navigate back to "Settings -> File manager"
Select "Add source".
Select "<None>" and type in exactly https://k.mjh.nz
Select "OK".
Move down and enter MJH as the source name.
Move down and select "OK".
Go back to Main Menu.
Move to Add-ons.
Move right and select "My add-ons"
Select ".."
Select "Install from zip file"
Select "MJH" in the list.
Finally select the "script.module.arrow-0.10.0.zip" file.

Done.
The Kodi add-ons that rely on Arrow should now work.
If they still don't run, try a reboot of Kodi.

Hopefully Kodi fixes this soon.
